Thank you for shopping with BURAQ PETS. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we're here to help.


Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Do not send any item back without first contacting us. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ccburaqpets@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., grooming or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The best way to get what you want is to:

  1. Initiate a return

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
